RSMS versions 10, 11, and 16 provide an easy yet powerful tool to assist town managers, road commissioners, public works directors, road committees, and budget committees develop a fully-costed, prioritized maintenance plan for their road network, including both gravel and paved roads.

History

RSMS 10 was introduced in 2010 as a replacement for the widely-adopted and hugely successful Road Surface Maintenance Software program developed in the 1990s. This program reached the end of its useful life when developer support was lost. Our intent with RSMS 10 was to eliminate the deficiencies of the original program, while providing a feature set with which users of the old software would be intuitively comfortable.

RSMS 11 and 16 have built on that foundation to provide additional compelling features including a power and intuitive map-based user interface.

Provide insightful road network analysis and planning without requiring road engineering know-how.
Easy to learn.
Easy to use.
Easy to generate meaningful and immediately useful outputs in an attractive format.
Usable by all levels of municipal officials, road committees, and other stakeholders.
